One of my favourite authors in the world Wayne Dyer shares in this video on how you can change your life by living without excuses.

I think this is highly important topic right now since many people feel the pressure of the bad economy and have all kinds of fears of their future. I highly recommend you start today to question your excuses and to live with your full potential.

Its amazing to see how Dr. Dyer is in such a good shape although he is 69 years old. My goal is to be in equal shape when I hit 70.
