This is a video I now watch at least two times a week. Its Gary Vaynerchuk's keynote speak about how to build personal brand with Social Media. As you might know I have been teaching and giving training on web 2.0 and social media marketing for quite some time already, but have not seen such a great 15 minute presentation on Social Media before.You can learn more about Gary Vaynerchuk in his personal blog.

Branding yourself using web 2.0 is one of the most important task we all need to focus on and it is also a lot of fun when you use video marketing and all the other tools available today.

Here are some of the my main takeways from the presentation:

- Focus on build your brand equity

- Focus on using your patience and passion

- Understand this is Business, you need to work hard

- Newspaper, tv are no longer control, everything depends on you and how much content you produce.

- You have to do what you love

- You have to be completely transparent

- All start with YOU

- Too many people giving up

- You position yourself on what you love
